I have been providing Spiritual Direction and Coaching for over 20 years. I have a MSW from the University of Maryland, and a MDiv from Howard University. I have designed and facilitated workshops and provided coaching for the public and private sectors, nonprofit organizations, as well as universities and churches.

PATHWAYS can support you in your journey to deepen your spiritual formation and connection with God/Spirit. Individual Spiritual Life Coaching sessions are a wonderful way to develop/renew those daily practices that fill our cups and renew our spirits so we can give joyfully to others. Coaching is a gift you give yourself to create some balance and order in your life.
